| A question about a job you have placed | Call. We can see the order while you are on the phone, which beats a thread of emails. |

| A quote on something not priced online | Email us the details — size, quantity, material, and the date you need it. Attach the artwork if you have it. That gets you a real number rather than a range. |
| "Will this file print properly?" | Email it over. We would much rather look at it before you order than explain afterwards why it came out soft. |
| Something urgent | Call, and say the date up front. Plenty of our work is same-day or two-day, but only if we know that from the start. |

Finding us
We are in Suite 170 at 14110 Dallas Parkway, on the Tollway side of the Galleria. If you are coming down the Dallas North Tollway, it is a short hop off at Belt Line or Spring Valley depending on your direction.
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and closed at weekends. If your deadline falls on a Monday, getting the file to us by Friday afternoon is the difference between comfortable and tight.
Pickup is free, and for anything large — banners, signs, plan sets, tradeshow displays — it is usually faster than shipping and lets you see the work before it goes anywhere. We will tell you when your order is ready rather than leaving you to guess.
