When the standard sizes do not fit
Enter any width and height, in inches or feet. Useful for fence and hoarding panels, fitting an existing frame, matching a size someone else specified, or a run of signs that has to sit in a particular space.
About the flutes, and why we ask how you are mounting it
Coroplast has hollow flutes running through it, like the corrugations in cardboard. On our standard sizes they run vertically, which is what you want for a stake: the stake legs slide up inside the flutes and grip properly.
The flutes also make the sheet stiffer along their direction than across it. So a wide, short panel with vertical flutes will want to bow across the middle, while the same panel with horizontal flutes stays flat. Tell us how the sign is being mounted when you order and we will orient the flutes to suit. It is a small thing that decides whether a large panel looks crisp or looks tired.

Do stakes come with these?
Not on this product. If you want signs and stakes together in standard sizes, order Yard Signs instead.
How big can you go?
Tell us the size you need and we will confirm what we can produce in one piece and what is better split into panels.
Will it survive outside?
Six to twelve months is typical in Texas weather. For permanent exterior signage take J-Bond or aluminum.
Can you cut it to a shape?
Tell us what you have in mind and we will advise. Contour cutting is available on several of our rigid materials.
