Rigid board, in two days
Anything with "Fast" in the name delivers in two days from the time you order. These are foamcore signs on that schedule.
Foamcore is a rigid board — a foam core between two paper faces. It is smooth, flat, lightweight and takes print beautifully, which makes it the indoor presentation board: easels, displays, directional signage at an event, mounted graphics, photo boards, trade stand panels.
It is not a yard sign. There is no stake option here and there should not be, because foamcore is an indoor material. Put it in the rain and the paper faces lift off the foam. If the sign is going outside, you want Fast Yard Signs on corrugated plastic, on the same two-day schedule.

Foamcore is double the price and looks considerably better up close. That trade is the whole choice: pay for the finish when people will stand in front of it, and do not pay for it when they are driving past.

Getting artwork right first time
On a two-day job there is no slack for a second round of proofs, and foamcore shows detail that a yard sign hides — which cuts both ways.
Send high resolution. A photograph that survives on corrugated plastic will look soft on foamcore, because the surface is smooth enough to show it. Send the original file, not a version pulled from a website.
Design for close reading. Unlike a yard sign, people stand in front of these. You can use smaller type, more detail and finer artwork — and you should, or you are paying for a surface you are not using.
Decide single or double sided now. A board on an easel in the middle of a room needs both faces; one against a wall does not. It cannot be added afterwards.

Questions we get asked
For a dry indoor-adjacent spot like a covered entrance, usually fine. In rain or sprinklers, no — the paper faces lift off the foam and it does not recover. For anything genuinely outdoors, use corrugated plastic.
Yes at the smaller sizes. A 24" x 36" board is light but large, so on a floor easel in a busy room it is worth checking it is properly seated — foamcore is stiff but it is not heavy enough to resist a knock.
Flat and dry, not leaning against a wall for months. Foamcore bows if it is stored on edge under its own weight, and a bowed board does not sit right on an easel.
