Legal 8.5x14 Color Copies (Color Printing)

What would you like to do?
Legal-Size Color Copies in North Dallas
Full color on 8.5" x 14" sheets, on 20 lb Budget or 24 lb Standard paper, single or double sided.
What the long sheet is good for
Legal size gives you three more inches of length without moving to a bigger, more expensive sheet. That is useful for anything that runs long: one-page menus, price lists, comparison charts, timelines, and schedules that would otherwise spill onto a second page.
If the job is a contract or form in black and white, legal black and white copies cost less.
Design it long from the start
Set the document up at 8.5" x 14" before you add anything. A letter layout stretched to legal looks wrong, and squeezing a legal layout onto letter makes the type too small.
Leave a sensible margin on every side and keep important text away from the edges.
Two papers at this size
| Paper | What it is for |
|---|---|
| 20 lb, Budget | The lower cost per page. Fine for single-sided sheets with light color |
| 24 lb, Standard | More opaque. Choose it for double-sided sheets or pages with a lot of color |
When it needs to last
Legal-size copies are paper weights only. For a menu that gets handled every day, look at restaurant menus, which offer heavier stocks.

Questions we get asked
Can I get legal size on card?
Not on this page. Email us with the job and we will tell you what is possible.
Why does my letter-size design look stretched?
It was built for a shorter page. Rebuild it at 8.5" x 14" rather than scaling it up.
Is 20 lb fine for a price list?
For a single-sided sheet that is replaced often, yes. Use 24 lb if it is double sided.
