Letter Mailing (Letter Mailing)
Letter Printing and Mailing in North Dallas
We print your letter, print the envelope, and can add First Class postage. One product for donor appeals, patient letters, parent mailings and client updates.
Letters still get opened
A printed letter in a real envelope still gets read more often than an email. That is why schools use them for enrollment and parent notices, nonprofits for donor appeals and year-end thank-yous, practices for recall and policy letters, and churches for giving statements.
This product handles the whole job in one order: the letter, the envelope, and the postage if you want it.
How the order is built
Each choice is a step in the calculator.
| Step | Your options |
|---|---|
| The letter | 8.5" x 11", in black and white or color, single or double sided, on 16 papers from 20 lb economy to 130 lb card |
| The envelope | #10 with or without a window, or A1, A9 or A10 invitation and announcement sizes, printed in black and white or color |
| Postage | No postage, or a First Class stamp on each piece |
| Mail merge | Choose it when every letter carries a different name and address from your list |
Window or plain envelope?
A #10 window envelope shows the address printed on the letter itself, so only one thing needs addressing. That keeps the job simpler and avoids a mismatch between the letter and the envelope.
A plain #10 looks more personal and suits appeals and invitations, with the address printed on the envelope from your list.
Getting the mailing list right
Send the list as a spreadsheet with separate columns for name, street, city, state and ZIP. Clean out duplicates and old addresses first. Every bad address is a wasted stamp.
Sending the same piece to a whole neighborhood instead of a list? EDDM postcards reach every address on a carrier route without a list at all.
